1. 1. The complaint is subject to the item ordered. If the defective Goods have been assembled, the Customer may request disassembly and reassembly after the Goods have been replaced with defect-free Goods or after the defect has been rectified. The Seller may refuse disassembly and reassembly if the cost of these activities exceeds the price of the Goods. However, the Customer shall be obliged to bear a part of the costs connected with disassembly exceeding the price of the Goods or may request the Seller to pay a part of the costs of disassembly and reassembly, up to the amount of the price of the Goods.

   2. RUKE, as a seller, is liable to the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, for non-compliance with the Contract of Sale of the Goods purchased by that consumer, to the extent specified in the Act on special conditions of consumer sale.

   RUKE undertakes to resolve complaints within 14 days.

    

Notification of right of withdrawal:. Only the Customer who is a Consumer is entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period. In accordance with Article 22 (1) of the Civil Code, a Consumer is defined as a natural person making a legal transaction with an entrepreneur which is not directly related to his/her economic or professional activity.   Right of withdrawal . You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you have taken possession of the last item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you has taken possession of the last item.   To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RUKE Zbigniew Rus, ul. Słowackiego 11, 24-100 Puławy) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You may also fill in and submit a withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically on our website rukemirrors.co.uk. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.   In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.   Results of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges in connection with this refund.   You are only liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from your use of the goods other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.   Exclusion of the right of withdrawal. The consumer’s right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of: – a contract in which the object of the performance is a non-refabricated item, produced to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet the consumer’s individualised needs for cutting sheet metal, – a contract in which the object of performance is an item made to the consumer’s order, going beyond the standard attributes – Colour of light, Workmanship, Switch.
