How long does it take to deliver a parcel?

All parcels are sent via DHL courier service. Delivery by courier guarantees that the parcel will be delivered within 4-6 days of posting.

What are the ways to turn on the mirror?

Touch Switch: Simply touch the button on the mirror to turn the light on or off. Additionally, you can adjust the light color or brightness by holding your hand on the button for a longer time.

Sensor Switch: Allows you to turn the mirror on without touching the surface, by reacting to the proximity of your hand. It also optionally offers color and brightness adjustment.

Direct Connection: Enables you to turn the light on or off using a wall switch. Brightness adjustment is not available.

Is the LED lighting in Ruke mirrors suitable for makeup?

The LED backlighting in mirrors mainly serves a decorative purpose. It can be used for basic tasks that do not require strong lighting, but it may not be sufficient for makeup application. Optimal lighting for makeup can be achieved with mirrors that have front-facing lights.

Does the given mirror size refer to the glass itself or the glass along with the frame?

The dimensions provided on the website refer to the overall external dimensions of the mirror, including the frame. You can find information about the width of the frame in the descriptions of individual products.

What are mirror frames made of?

Most of our frames are made from waterproof MDF board, subjected to a multi-stage processing. The frame has no joints, making it durable and suitable for bathrooms. We also offer aluminum frames.

What is the difference between Pure Clear glass and Standard?

Pure Clear glass panels are characterized by reduced iron content, eliminating the greenish tint. They have higher light transmittance, greater resistance to edge and point corrosion, ensuring a cleaner reflection and higher durability.

Can I order a mirror different from the ones available in the online store?

How do I place an order?

All the mirrors in our offer can be ordered:

– on the website rukemirrors.co.uk, – by calling +44 02037 697 848 (open from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.), – by sending an e-mail to: info@sklep.ruke.eu. Data necessary to complete the order: dimensions of the mirror (width x height – given in cm), type of switch, colour of light.

Can I return a mirror that I have purchased?

Yes, if it is a standard product available in our store, you have 14 days to return the item without providing a reason. Custom-made mirrors are not eligible for return. To arrange the details of the return, please contact our sales department by email at info@rukemirrors.co.uk.

Do I have a warranty for the mirror and its components after purchase?

All our mirrors come with a two-year warranty. Importantly, the warranty also covers electronic components. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage resulting from improper use.

I am not satisfied with the products I ordered. What should I do?

Mirrors ordered as part of the standard offer can be returned within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging. To return a mirror, please contact our shop by email or telephone.
